● SUBTTL Circle membership is subject to the terms described on the SUBTTL Circle page, including any stated membership caps, and is granted at SUBTTL's discretion.
● SUBTTL reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account or membership found to be in violation of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misusing Site benefits.
● All product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
● We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and details accurately; however, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, or natural variation in materials such as knitted fabric.
● Prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change until an order is confirmed.
● In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, SUBTTL reserves the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, with a full refund where payment has already been made.
● Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which SUBTTL may accept or decline at its discretion.
● Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability; in the rare event of a stock discrepancy, SUBTTL will notify you and issue a full refund for any unavailable item.
● SUBTTL reserves the right to limit order quantities per customer, particularly during limited releases or founding batches.
● Prepaid payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway partner. SUBTTL does not store your card or payment credentials.
● Cash on Delivery (COD), where offered, is subject to the terms described in our Shipping Policy, including automated, per-order eligibility screening conducted by our payment gateway partner. This screening is not within SUBTTL's discretion to override.

● Misuse discount codes, referral mechanisms, or SUBTTL Circle benefits, including sharing member-exclusive access with non-members.
● Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information when placing an order or creating an account.
SUBTTL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it.
You agree to indemnify and hold SUBTTL, its management, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim or demand arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
SUBTTL reserves the full and final right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, add to, withdraw, or discontinue any part of its policies, terms, pricing, or membership benefits — including but not limited to those relating to SUBTTL Circle, product pricing, Cash on Delivery, shipping, and returns — at any time and without prior notice.
Any such changes will take effect from the date they are published on subttl.com. Continued use of the Site or continued SUBTTL Circle membership after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. SUBTTL is under no obligation to honor previously stated terms once a change has been published, except where doing so would be inconsistent with applicable consumer protection law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
