At SUBTTL, every product is carefully designed, quality-checked and packed with attention to detail. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused, unwashed and unworn.
- Be in its original condition with all tags, labels and packaging intact.
- Be free from stains, perfumes, deodorants, alterations or any signs of use.
- Include any complimentary items received with the order.
- Successfully pass our quality inspection upon receipt at our warehouse.
SUBTTL reserves the right to decline a return if the product does not meet the above conditions.
Return Process
- Submit your return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Once your request is approved, we'll arrange a reverse pickup wherever service is available.
- In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be requested to self-ship the product. If applicable, eligible courier reimbursement will be communicated by our customer support team.
- Once the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, your refund will be initiated.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has successfully passed our quality inspection.
For both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may choose either of the following refund options:
Refund to Original Payment Method
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase, wherever applicable.
SUBTTL Store Credit
Alternatively, you may choose to receive your refund as SUBTTL Store Credit, which can be redeemed on any future purchase made through our website.
Refund Timeline
Once your return has been approved:
- Refunds to the original payment method are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- SUBTTL Store Credit is generally issued within 2 business days of the return being approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless received in a damaged, defective or incorrect condition:
- Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
- Gift cards.
- Complimentary products received as part of a promotion.
- Any product that has been used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
Any product-specific exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page.
Exchange Policy
We want you to order with complete confidence. If the fit or colour isn't quite right, we're happy to help.
Exchange Eligibility
- Size and colour exchanges can be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Exchanges are complimentary and subject to product availability.
- Each item is eligible for one exchange only.
- The replacement product will be dispatched after the original item has been received and successfully passed our quality inspection.

Exchange Process

- Once approved, we'll arrange a complimentary reverse pickup wherever service is available.
- After the returned product passes our quality inspection, we'll dispatch your replacement at no additional shipping cost.
Important Notes
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size or colour is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product of the same value or receive store credit, as applicable.
- Products purchased during clearance sales, special promotions or marked as Final Sale are not eligible for exchange unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
Incorrect, Damaged or Incomplete Orders
Every SUBTTL order undergoes a quality inspection before dispatch. However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged or incomplete order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate and resolve the issue promptly, we may request:
- An unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.
- Clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label and the product received.
Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement, exchange or refund, as applicable, at no additional cost to you.
