At SUBTTL, every order is individually quality-checked, carefully folded and securely packed before it leaves our facility.


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours after confirmation.
  • During product launches, promotional events or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email and/or SMS.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier operations or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Complimentary shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India.
  • Cash on Delivery is available exclusively to SUBTTL Circle members.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability or refusal to accept the shipment, the order may be returned to us.

Address Changes

Shipping addresses can only be modified before an order has been dispatched. If you need to update your address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Shipping Delays

While we work with trusted logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will always assist in tracking your shipment.

International Shipping

SUBTTL currently ships within India only. International shipping will be introduced in the future.
